		<description>I get where you are coming from.  I spent 9 months training at Sheppard AFB at North Texas.  They drive like idiots in good weather.  The norm is to floor it from red light to redlight with breaking getting used hard at the end. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One weekend we had about an inch of snow.  The 4 lane divided from the base to town is about a mile and change.  There were at least 20 abandon cars in the ditches with one upside down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And a very Happy Candlemas Day to you too!   Although Feb 2nd is only correct if you use the orthodox calendar.  (Store that one for bar trivia.)</description>

		<description>It&#039;s nice to hear someone from outside the South make the connection between how people react to &quot;severe&quot; weather and the frequency of same.  I always feel sorry for the weather man, though, when &quot;WINTER STORM &#039;07!!!!&quot; turns into slush by noon.  That&#039;s got to be a big letdown to the Winter Storm Extreme Team.</description>
